Strengths/Knowledge Gained: Negotiation skills, financial analysis experience, commercial lending knowledge, caution in legalities and regulations.
With my husband, best friend, and business partner, I have started various small businesses – some successful, some a bust! But we’ve learned from each opportunity in order to experience growth for the next.
Our business portfolio has included a landscaping design and build company, organic lawn care services, product distribution company for school fundraisers, event planning services, and digital marketing agencies.
Strengths/Knowledge Gained: Training and management, systematization, flexibility, how to pivot, self-motivation, stress-management, and how to make a can of tomato sauce stretch for three meals!
Through both my time as an employee at various marketing agencies, as well as our own growing agency startup, I have gained a depth of knowledge concerning buyer’s motivation, communicating effectively, technical aspects of marketing, and keeping clients happy.
Client success has always been top priority. I achieve(d) that through listening well, setting expectations, communicating clearly and consistently, and continual bringing ingenuity to the table.
