Karmyn Minnite Conley

Managing Partner

Karmyn oversees internal operations, including offices, human resources, financing, and charitable giving. Like her father, Karmyn is a visionary and change agent.

Pat Minnite, Jr.

Managing Partner

Pat is the direct contact for tenants and potential tenants, whether they want to construct a new space or move into an existing one. He oversees tenant relationships, space leasing and development, and maintenance personnel. Pat also consults on the design of new projects. Each partner participates in the planning.

Jason Minnite

Managing Partner

Jason oversees the design, construction, and physical development of properties through PM Construction, a division of PM Company. He spends a great deal of his time on construction sites, and he is the person most involved in on-the-ground operations.

Dan Van Dyke

Chief Financial Officer

Dan started his career as an Investment Analyst with United Wealth Management Group, then joined MPH Hotels Inc., a management group that co-owns and manages five PMC-affiliated hotels in the Mid-Ohio Valley. Dan most recently opened and managed a new Comfort Suites property in Marietta, Ohio in 2014, and became Finance Director for PMC in 2015. He was named Chief Financial Officer in 2019.

Jared Decker

Real Estate Director

Jared is tasked with managing the health and performance of the Company’s existing real estate portfolio, as well as developing and implementing strategies to help the Company grow its presence throughout West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. Jared also serves as in-house real estate counsel to The PM Company and its affiliates.

Jared is a proud graduate of the University of Richmond and the West Virginia University College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in West Virginia and Pennsylvania, and he is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a licensed real estate broker in West Virginia.

Cienna Van Dyke

Director of Hospitality Operations

The eldest of Pat Sr’s grandchildren to enter the family business is Cienna VanDyke. She has been with PMC for several years, as she celebrates her tenth year managing Grand Pointe Conference & Reception Center. Cienna now heads up PMC’s Hospitality Division, working directly with Grand Pointe, and both of our hotels.

Jeannie Hesson

Controller

Jeannie started with PMC in 2000 while still an accounting student. Jeannie graduated with her bachelor’s degree from Marietta College while she was working for the PM Company in accounts payable. In 2014, she took the position as Controller, overseeing and managing all finance and accounting related activities

Melinda Lott

Tenant Services Manager

Melinda has been with the company since 1999. She oversees receivables, invoicing, lease contracts and renewals, and her primary responsibility is to keep tenants satisfied. She dispatches help for maintenance needs quickly and efficiently and responds to daily needs in the office as well.

Vinnie Conley

Tenant Relations Manager

Vinnie Conley worked at PMC on and off throughout college, learning the various workings of the business. He started in the office in 2014 as Tenant Relations Manager. As part of Gen III, he makes tenant satisfaction a priority.

Cale Conley

Cale is probably best known for his career as a race car driver, but he has joined PMC as he studies to work in commercial real estate.

Zayne Minnite

Zayne has worked in many areas of the business to learn how it all comes together. He’s now putting together property promotions, and working on our new Executive Suites project.

 

Chase Minnite

Project Management Associate

Chase has recently come on board as a Project Management Associate for the PM Company. Having earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Marshall University, Chase manages new and existing construction projects with the PMC team. Chase is the son of managing partner Jason Minnite and enjoys using his skills alongside the family and other PM Company team members.

When I was given the green light to look for a commercial office suite by my employer, the folks at the PM Company went to work! Working with Cale, Zayne, Jared and Dan made it seem-less for me to move into an office suite and have no doubt that their team was there to help. I have since upgraded to a larger suite and I couldn’t be more pleased as a tenant of this decorated group of leaders in our community.
