Orders for tests are only accepted within the United States.
Due to state regulations, we are unable to ship test kits to New York.
Lab kits cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. You must provide a residential address for kit delivery after completing your purchase.
For clarity in processing, please place separate orders for each individual when ordering lab kits for multiple people.
Following the purchase of your test kit, you are responsible for arranging all necessary lab draws and sample submissions.
Consultations are not included with test results.
Upon receipt of your test results, Lindgren Functional Medicine will email results to you.
Tests are conducted and analyzed at Vibrant America Clinical Labs.
We advise discussing your lab results with your primary care provider or scheduling an appointment with one of our providers.
