As I move into my 50th year of life, I know more than ever that <strong><em>health is life<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"\">So many of you that are in our \u2018midlife\u2019, just like me, are starting to deal with consequences of poor choices that you have made with regards to your health and body.\u00a0 If you are honest with yourself, many of you have more aches and pains, excess weight, illnesses and medications than ever before. It is disappointing and frustrating and you chalk it up to old age.\u00a0 It is not old age, but it is the body breaking down. The good news is that, if you know the right steps, you can build your body back up.<\/p><p class=\"\">As I become more invested in teaching people how to get their health back, I want to talk about more than body health. I want to begin focusing more on the health of our mind and our thoughts.\u00a0 Simply put, having wrong thoughts creates bad health decisions. Soon, I\u2019ll be doing a deeper dive into health and begin sharing some of my favorite authors and researchers who have written about this very topic.<\/p><p class=\"\">So, I encourage you to continue coming on this health journey with me every week.
