Are you living fully in your purpose?

Are you living fully in your purpose?  Yep, I went there in the first sentence of this post.

I was having dinner with a friend last night and we began to talk about what was important to us and for our future.  We got into a discussion about what we wanted for our future. I shared that I am making big changes in my practice so that I can help more people learn to get healthy!  It is so important to feel a sense of purpose because it keeps you moving forward.

I believe that each of one of us has been put here for a purpose.  We have been put here to do something special that only we can do. This is why we all have our own special gifts and talents.  I KNOW that you can’t live your purpose unless you have your health.

My purpose has always been to make healthy living fun.  I do it in my life and I have devoted my life to take as many of you with me towards achieving a fun, happy life.

Healthy living is not hard, it is just different.  Just knowing what the simple steps are to get you to the healthy life that you deserve is a game changer.  We can help individualize a program that can get you there. Here is the greatest thing about having your health — it allows you stay on purpose.

What is your purpose?

Is your purpose to be healthy enough to keep up with your children or grandchildren? Perhaps it is to have enough energy to get that next promotion? Or lead your team at work? Maybe it is to write that book you have inside of you.

In order to live on purpose you have to have energy, focus, and support.  You have to have your health. If you don’t know what to do to get your cholesterol down, get your blood sugars under control, or get off the medications that you’re tired of taking, then now is the time to ask for help to learn how get your health back.  We are excited to announce that, with the addition of our new health coach, we are even better able to connect with you to help you achieve your health goals so you can live on purpose.

Whatever makes your soul sing, that is your purpose! If you are not living it, then you need to get on it now! Living on purpose is like having a love life with your soul!

To Your One Sweet Life,

Dr. Dae
