Signing Up
Signing up for a ComHealthcare Access Plan is easy. Go to our registration form and fill out your information. There are no pre-existing conditions that we screen for, so you should be approved immediately.
You’ll be able to select from a number of different Access Plans: Green, Silver, Orange, Red, Blue. Click here for more information on plans.
Finally, make your first month’s payment using our secure, online portal.
Finding an In-Network Provider
ComHealthcare partners with hundreds of providers throughout Colorado and Nebraska. You can search for a partner using our handy search tool. If you don’t find your current dental provider on our list, you can visit any provider in our network.
Of course, we are happy to reach out to new providers you’d like to see listed in our network. Use the contact page to refer your current dentist to our team.
Receiving Discounts
Our partner providers will apply discounts at the time of service. In most cases, depending on your plan, you’ll receive at least 25% off the base price. For example, an oral evaluation that would typically cost $60 would only cost you $35 under our green plan.
By skipping the complicated claims process, we don’t have to hire an army of administrators. That allows us to keep your membership low. Providers also love working with us because we don’t require a mountain of paperwork. With Access Plans, everyone wins!
