Creating a Custom Access Plan
Unlike large health insurance companies, we create custom Access Plans tailored to your business’ needs. We take a variety of factors into account to create the perfect plan.

Once we’ve talked about your needs, the ComHealthcare team will start with two base plans. These are the Open Access Plan and the Access Dental Discount Plan.
Access Dental Discount Plan
This plan takes advantage of ComHealthcare’s growing network of participating partners. In total, we have over 350 dentists who participate in our discount program.
For a simple annual fee (no complex premiums, deductibles, or claims), employees will be able to visit dentists in the ComHealthcare network. They will receive 20% to 100% off the price of services depending on the procedure. These discounts are applied as soon as they step into the dentist’s office, not months after wrestling with an insurance claims department.

Funding Your Account
ComHealthcare believes in max transparency. Instead of hiding behind fine print and complex billing methods, we want to know where your account stands at all times. How do you fund an Access Plan? The choice is yours:
- The employee pays the full cost of their plan through a payroll deduction.
- The employer pays the full annual cost on behalf of their employees only.
- The employer pays the full cost of the plan for their employees and their dependents.
- The employer pays the full cost of the plan for their employees only. If employees wish to add their family members, they can pay the difference between the employee cost and the cost of one or more dependents.
- The employer pays for the full cost of the Access Dental Red Plan for all employees. Then, if an employee prefers a different plan, they can “buy up” to the one they want by paying an additional monthly fee.
If you sign up for an Open Access Plan, then your fund will be able to roll over year-over-year.
Receiving Discounts
We know not everyone is familiar with Access Plans, so let’s go over the discount process again.
Our dental partner providers will apply discounts at the time of service. In most cases, depending on your company plan, employees will receive at least 25% off the base price of cleanings and procedures. For example, an oral evaluation that would typically cost $60 would only cost you $35 under our green plan.
By skipping the complicated claims process, we don’t have to hire an army of administrators. That allows us to keep your membership fees low. Providers also love working with us because we don’t require a mountain of paperwork. With Access Plans, everyone wins!
